Synthetic Juice Plant

Synthetic Juices are made from Synthetic Juice Flavor.  It gives the taste of real fruit Juice only.

The process of making Synthetic juice is quite simple. First, Sugar syrup is made with the jacketed mixing tank from the sugar granules. Then this sugar syrup is mixed up with water, Synthetic juice flavors, colors, preservatives etc. in the other mixing tank for some time and once Juice gets ready, it is stored in the storage tank and there after it is packed in the suitable packing with the help of packing machine.

Machines involved in Synthetic juice Plant are:

a) LZ- 103 : Sugar Syrup preparation Tank
To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit powder or pulp

b) LK- 301 : Filter Press
To remove impurities from the sugar syrup

c) LZ- 102 : Mixing Tank
To mix the sugar syrup, water, Synthetic juice flavors, colors, preservatives etc.

d) LZ- 101 : Storage Tank
To store the ready to drink juice before packing

All the above machines form the complete Synthetic Juice Plant.

Synthetic Juice can be packed in PET Bottles, pouches or cups. We provide following packing machines to pack Synthetic Juice for you:
