Carbonated Drinks are very popular across all age segments. They come in various flavors like cola, orange, lemon etc. They are made by simply mixing Carbon Dioxide gas under high pressure into the flavored mixture. Carbonated drinks are packed in glass Bottles, PET Bottles or Metal Cans.

Machines involved in Carbonated drink Plant:

a)  LZ- 103 : Sugar Syrup preparation Tank (Jacketed)

     To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit powder or pulp

b)  LZ- 102 : Mixing Tank

     To mix the sugar syrup, water, flavors, colors, preservatives etc

c)  LZ- 16 : Chilling Plant

    To chill the flavored drink and sugar syrup mixture before carbonation

d)  LB- 111 : Premix Carbonation unit

     To mix the Carbon Dioxide gas with the chilled flavored liquid at high pressure

All the above machines form the complete Carbonated Drink Plant.

Carbonated Drink can be packed in PET Bottles, glass Bottles or Metal Cans. We provide following packing machines to pack Carbonated Drinks for you:
